Dedicated experts with a proven record of success.
As a self-proclaimed homebody, Alise thrives on making her home a comfortable place filled with healthy food, fresh produce, and flowers from her garden. She believes your home should be a happy place for family and friends and a sanctuary where you get to do what you truly love. This is why Alise is so good at what she does—helping people find their perfect sanctuary. From the tender age of 19, she began working in the real estate field, and for the last 23 years she has perfected the art of selling homes. She masterfully built a team from the ground up that was the #1 Washington State RE/MAX sales team for 5 years straight. She has since started her own successful brokerage that focuses on the individual needs of each client with special attention to client collaboration in helping them reach their dreams. When she’s not helping you figure out how to get the most money possible for your home sale, you’ll likely find her at home playing in the dirt, trying a new vegetarian recipe, or pecking away at her desk on her blog VogueVegetarian.com. You may also find her visiting her women-owned and run organic farm, which she began in 2016, along with her mom and sisters (she has 7 of them!).
“Girls just wanna have fun” may be the theme song running through your head when you spend a few moments with Bethanie. She may have 20+ years of Real Estate experience and lots of letters after her name, but don’t let that fool you into thinking that your trips to view homes with her will be dull. Bethanie exudes hospitality and caring for everyone she meets, and if you’re with her during a Seahawks game, you may find her sneaking into the other room to expose her jersey while screaming at the top of her lungs. She has helped over 140 families find a place to call home, and has done so with the utmost skill and sincere concern for each of her clients needs. She enjoys drinking wine, camping, and just hanging out with friends and family. Bethanie lives in Duvall with her husband, 2 teenagers, 2 dogs, and a creepy, crawly tarantula.
Before Brea joined Alise Roberts & Company, Brea and Alise were cycling and running friends. Brea owned her own commercial property maintenance company and spent long hours running the company and providing her long-time clients with exceptional care. One day on a run, Alise convinced Brea that she should put her stellar customer service skills to use in real estate. Shortly thereafter, Brea joined Alise’s team. Brea was the perfect fit for the company, bringing a heartfelt desire to make sure every client is given top-class service. Brea has a good balance of caring empathy and A-type personality. So, don’t be surprised if she is at an appointment an hour early (don’t worry, she won’t knock on your door until 5 minutes beforehand). And ever since she admitted she wakes up in the middle of the night to check her keycard to make sure it’s working properly for the next day’s showings; she has been the source of friendly team jokes. But it’s this combo that assures all her clients that they can trust Brea, feeling confident that they are getting the best care possible. Brea is a country girl at heart. In her spare time, you’ll find her dog sitting for friends and caring for her 2 llamas and 5 alpacas with her husband Brian.
She may have the best manicure on the team, but she is one of the hardest workers Alise has ever come across. Its for this reason Alise begged Megan for 3 years straight to come work for her. She is now Alise’s right-hand woman and makes the act of juggling the company agents, admin staff, clients transactions, and business dealings seem like an orchestrated ballet. For 16 years, Megan managed a top RE/MAX office. She was the ideal fit for our company as she is always one step ahead of everyone! Everyone on the team knows that when they turn to Megan, they can rely on the outcome. Megan lives with her husband Jay and 9-year old (going on 25 year-old) daughter, Kaisha. She makes family a priority, helping care for her grandmother despite her busy schedule. When she has a few moments to relax, you may find her eating mint chocolate chip ice cream while rooting for the Hawks or Mariners.

After owning/operating a construction and remodeling business with her husband for over 20 years, Stacie’s transition into the real estate industry was a natural fit. This background brings great value to her clients with her vast knowledge of how homes are built. Because she has been able to construct her own homes, she has real passion for helping buyers find just the right place when it comes their own checklist of needs and wants. Being the mother of 3 children—including a set of twins (all born within 2 years)—gives Stacie unsurpassed patience and ability to guide her clients through what can be a very stressful transaction. She takes business personally and feels it is very important to take the time to make sure each of her clients understand the process since this is something they only undertake once or in twice in their lifetime.
Priscilla owned her own successful business for 14 years and in between writing and snacking, loves volunteering in her local community. Her passion for writing and detail-oriented focus merged beautifully with the marketing position at Alise Roberts & Company, which she acquired in April 2014. She enjoys visiting each listed home, noting all the big and small features, which she then turns into enticing marketing pieces for our listings. Our team has dubbed her the company clown as she doesn’t take herself too seriously and can always laugh at something she said or did. She furthered her skills by becoming licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2016 and lives in South King county with her husband, misbehaved dog, and growing baby bump.
